JOB DESCRIPTIION: 

    • Responsible for either multiple Human Resources functions at the marketing
      level or a specific function at the corporate level. Market generalist
      responsibilities may include: staffing employee relation, compensation, training
      and acting as a liaison for payroll, benefits and government agencies. The
      corporate position is typically accountable for the development and
      communication of programs related to one are of functional specification.
    • Responsible for managing the implementation and administration of human
      resources programs and policies in support of the organization’s objectives.
      Work with management to identify and plan for the HR requirements to meet
      short-term and long-term business needs. Requirements are equivalent of
      bachelor’s degree with five to six years of experience in HR management
