Domingo B. BonifacioIndependent Director
Domingo B. Bonifacio was elected as member of the Board of Directors on January 20, 2017.
He became the Manufacturing Manager of Litton Industries, Gould Inc., and Dexcel Inc. He served as the Director of Operations for Optical Microwave Networks Inc. (OMNI) in San Jose, California, U.S.A.
In 1995, Mr. Bonifacio founded and served as the President and CEO of Pacific Micorwave Corporation which was aquired by REMEC on March 2001 and was renamed to REMEC Manufacturing, Philippines, Inc. (RMPI LLC). He served as the President and CEO of REMEC Broadband Wireless International, Inc. (RBWI).
He became the president of Cirtek Advanced Technologies and Solutions, Inc. in 2014 and currently the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Automated Technology (Phil) Inc. of (ATEC) Connectivity Division.
Mr. Bonifacio completed B.S. Electronics and Communication in University of Santo Tomas and passed his Electronics and Communication Engineering Licensure Examination. In 1978, He continued his education in Microwave Engineering in University of California, Berkeley, CA
