Information Capital Technology Ventures, Inc. hereby announces that it has recently changed its corporate name to Now Corporation (the “Company”) as approved by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. This name change embodies the Company’s pursuit of being continuously relevant to the current needs of its present and future clients. Moreover, the Company’s website has been revamped and the new website address has been changed to www.now-corp.com which will be launched on September 20, 2013. The Company’s stock symbol in the Philippine Stock Exchange will be changed from “ICTV” to “NOW” to take effect on September 27, 2013, instead of September 23, 2013. The Change of Company Name will not affect any of the rights of the Shareholders.  All existing certificates of securities in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to such securities and remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will be no arrangement for the exchange of the existing certificates of securities for new certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New certificates of securities will be issued only in the new name of the Company. The Company will continue to operate in its current structure. There has been no change in ownership, no change in management and personnel, and no change in location.
