LISTED technology firm Now Corp. is expanding its business to include telecommunications and cloud services, amid expectations of positive financial results this year. In a statement, the company said its shareholders approved the entry of the firm into new businesses, including offering an all-text cellular mobile telephone service, through subsidiary Now Telecoms.

This name change embodies the Company’s pursuit of being continuously relevant to the current needs of its present and future clients.

Moreover, the Company’s website has been revamped and the new website address has been changed to www.now-corp.com which will be launched on September 20, 2013.
The Company’s stock symbol in the Philippine Stock Exchange will be changed from “ICTV” to “NOW” to take effect on September 27, 2013, instead of September 23, 2013.
The Change of Company Name will not affect any of the rights of the Shareholders. All existing certificates of securities in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to such securities and remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will be no arrangement for the exchange of the existing certificates of securities for new certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New certificates of securities will be issued only in the new name of the Company.
The Company will continue to operate in its current structure. There has been no change in ownership, no change in management and personnel, and no change in location.

Listed company Now Corporation (PSE:Now Corporation), recently signed a memorandum of understanding last Sept 2, 2011with Huwei Technologies, a global leader in providing next generation telecommunication networks.
