Network Support Specialist (LAN/WAN)

Job Description

  • Resolve network-related incidents and accomplish service requests.
  • Create change requests and attend Change Advisory Board Meetings for any network-related changes to be implemented.
  • Investigate and drive resolution for all network/firewall related problem tickets.
  • Consult network solutions to Kyndryl internal and our customers
  • Communicate with Internal Kyndryl employees and external partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in LAN, WAN, DATA CENTER NETWORKING, LOAD BALANCING and WIRELESS NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES.
  • Nice to have
– Demonstrated experience implementing Cisco ACI – Nexus 9500 and 9300.
– Knowledge on VXLAN implementation.
– Exposure in Riverbed WAN optimization technologies.
– Knowledge of new WAN technologies such as iWAN (DMVPN,IP SLA)
– Knowledgeable in analyzing packet capture
