Job Description
- Supports in resolving questions, issues and problems with deployed application portfolio (second and third level support).
- Analyzes defined IT problem/solution situation and specific application requirements.
- Prepares detailed technical specifications, including interface, and data integrity requirements.
- Participates in the development and review of test data and business cases.
- Implementation/technical realization using appropriate development languages.
- Deploys proven routines and technical solutions to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintains the application portfolio by applying supplier provided software fixes and new releases and migrates custom applications or modifications to new releases.
- Participates in the definition of development guidelines.
- Follows company development methodology including given methods for documentation and testing.
- Partners with other cross-functional teams to develop and maintain all kinds of business processes and supports them.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to exceed operational excellence goals.
Qualifications
- Vocational/Bachelor’s Degree Graduate.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same role.
- Structured gathering of facts and applied analytical thinking skills.
- Conceptual IT solution design and architecture skills.
- Evaluation skills of alternatives and developing a supported position.
- Programming skills, technology/platform understanding and process insights.
- Readiness for on-call support and international travel up to 20%.
